The location on an exit road with a heterogeneous building structure and commercial utilization demands a clear, large-scale and decisive architecture. The significance of the project, which contains a car centre as well as a cinema complex with 2,500 seats and gastronomic and leisure facilities, is emphasized by the glazing of the otherwise simple structure. The façade of the cinema foyer cantilevers over a two-storeyed arcade and is designed as an extensive planar façade with point mountings. When dark, an illumination concept designed by a lighting planner  ("Lichtspiel") creates a remarkable impression. The glazed motorcar shelf serves as a symbol; it is accessible via an automatic lift and offers space for the presentation of new cars, on 11 levels.
