A modular honeycomb system of the façade allows for the unrestricted ventilation of the alternated parking levels despite the solid appearance. Regardless their massive formation the honeycombs generate a strong three-dimensional effect as well as a filigree and transparent lightness, simultaneously it prevents views into the interior. The diagonal positioning of the external circulation stairs with a direct access to each level contrasts to the façade surface. A central staircase is positioned in the middle of the parking levels and terminated with a glass roof. The supporting framework and the parking levels are made from in-situ concrete, the honeycomb elements as well as the façade panels in front of the stairs are precast concrete units. Coloured steel structures form the steps and handrails.
