Courtyard houses

A dense quarter with a layout of efficient circulation routes is grouped around a series of public spaces forming a 3 dimensional network. Placed within the flowing building structures, spaces are placed according to their level of privacy. Overall density increases towards the centre of town. Characteristically angled roofscapes (22,5°) exploit their solar qualities extending over the streetscapes in places, adding to the intimate atmosphere of the quarter.
