Day of Action Communicating Architecture

 

As part of the Day of Action Communicating Architecture at Bücherbogen in Berlin on 14 March at 6 pm, the topic of brutalism and post-war modernism will be discussed in a panel debate. Participating in the panel discussion is gmp partner Stephan Schütz, who will be speaking about the Kulturpalast Dresden in a separate lecture beforehand.

JOVIS publishing house and Park Books extend an invitation to the Day of Action: Communicating Architecture on Wednesday evening at 6 pm in the bookstore Bücherbogen at Savigynplatz. gmp partner Stephan Schütz will be participating in a panel discussion under the heading SOS – brutalism and post-war modernism – dealing with architecture from 1945 onwards. Accompanying him on the panel are Oliver Elser, curator at the German museum of architecture DAM, Sonja Hnilica, lecturer at Technical University Dortmund, as well as Michael Kasiske, architect and author. The discussion will be moderated by Doris Kleilein, editor of BAUWELT. Prior to the debate, Stephan Schütz is giving a talk on the Kulturpalast Dresden.

The event will be held in the German language.
