The intention of this debate organised by the Federal Architectural Foundation is to promote the search for urban planning concepts that might offer an appropriate solution for this central area in the capital and centre of Berlin.
Various viewpoints will be compared, in a discussion involving the municipal client, planners, developers and interested members of the public.
