The new hotel site fits discreetly into the surrounding countryside of pine groves and beaches. It combines both luxurious spaciousness with harmony and manageability of scale. Guests of the five-star hotel are accommodated in seven three to six-storey rotundas, each accessed via a central roofed atrium with galleries running round. On the outside, balconies provide an outlook into nature. For individualists, there are also twelve two-storey, likewise round villas available, with roof terraces and direct vistas of the sea. The presidential suite is on the top floor of the central building. White concrete, light zinc roofs, glass façades, and the wood of the railings, blinds and pergolas match the typical building style of the region, giving the site a homogeneous appearance.
