For the eastern most part a low density development for residential and mixed use occupation has been proposed. Arranged in a linear layout maximum sun exposure is provided without loosing the urban character. At a height of no more than 4–5 stories the roofscapes are characteristically angled at 22,5°, for its advantageous solar properties and in keeping with the rest of the development. In order to avoid monotony the roofline has been further developed into a continuous contour outlining the skyline of this quarter.
