This City of the Future has to prove Energy-Plus. All necessary energy is to be generated on site allowing for an overall annual plus. A variety of regenerative systems work collectively towards the overall aim. Wind- and solar energy as well as bio fuels harvested on site are fed into storage cycles. Heating is mainly generated by geothermal and solar means. Electricity is generated out of wind energy, photovoltaics as well as bio- and sewer gas. Excess is stored in hydrogen to be released into the energy circle when needed. Overall an Energy-Plus balance is achieved.
